We have used Bay Trees services for 3 years now over our busy summer period. The office staff are wonderfully helpful and Stuart, who comes to us every week without fail, is just marvellous and we wouldn't be able to cope without him.

I arranged temporary cleaning cover for my elderly parents with The Bay Tree Cleaning Company while their long standing cleaner was off sick. My father, who has memory difficulties, was veryworried about having someone different coming in to his home. The cleaner that The Bay Tree Cleaning Company found for us was so friendly and reassuring that even after her first visit he felt happy about the change. She cleaned for them twice a week for a six week period. She was hard working, efficient, adaptable, trustworthy and very kind to my parents. We were sad to say goodbye to her when their regular cleaner returned to work!

The initial visit from Elizabeth is an excellent idea as it establishes a personal relationship as well as helping her to choose the right person for you and your house.
